3. Brides may post in the bride and groom area and the vendor helping brides area.
4. Brides may post about a vendor to another bride, but they can not dispute with a a vendor in the chat rooms.
5. Vendors: When asked to provide a quote please send a private message to the bride and groom.
6. HVWEPA reserves the right to terminate your access to any of these areas at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
7. No posting, distributing, transmitting, or promoting illegal content.
8. No invasion of another's privacy.
